Building a collection from scratch, or making sense of one you inherited. Inventory, storage conditions, drinking windows, and what to buy next. Randy works from what you actually like to drink, not a scoring magazine.
Blind tastings
A structured tasting in your home or venue, built around a theme you choose or one Randy proposes. Six to twenty guests. Glassware, flight order, and pours handled start to finish.
Wine education
Sessions for people who want to understand what they are tasting, from a first varietal walkthrough to WSET-style deductive practice. Available for private groups, teams, and staff training.
For collectors and adjusters
Appraisals & insurance
Collection valuation
Written valuation of a private cellar for scheduling on a homeowner's policy, for estate purposes, or ahead of a sale.
Claim inspection
Assessment of heat, flood, power-loss, or transit damage, with a documented condition report for the carrier or adjuster.
Expert opinion
Written opinion on provenance, condition, and replacement cost where a claim or a dispute turns on the state of the wine.
